Slim oak desk from the sixties, survived serious damages. We restored it perfectly - included the little hideout on the top, where the former owner kept his or her secret microfilms. The oak veneer is strong and beautiful, and it has got a nice silky touch. Our favourite part of the veneer is on the top of the drawers, the pattern reminded us to jets of flame. The desk lost its knobs, so we replaced them and painted it to peach, perfect match with the oak, so we continued this coloured inside the drawers.

After a full refurbishment process, we found out something to show you, how beautiful is the shape of this little coffee table. We paint it ombre, grey turns slowly in blue on its top. It feels so good to watch it, very meditative! We treated the painted surface to make it a durable piece.
Dimensions: 61.5 x 53 x 41 cm
This small desk is a real treasure, with its elegantly slim black legs and teak veneers. We felt in love with the long handles as well, which we painted black to put them in the spotlight. Originally the top of the desk was a black glass top, but there used to be broken, so we cut a square shape glass from the original piece and we used it to create a practical top for the desk. We chose a warm and strong wooden veneer for the other part of the top, it feels so good to touch it!
The beauty of simplicity! We like the devotion to rocket shape of the mid-century era, so we couldn't resist to this little table with teak veneer. The wooden top is amazing, it is like a painting, so we made a green frame to emphasise it. The gale green is one of our favourite colours, because this is exactly the shade of the Hungarian lake Balaton, when a storm is brewing.

Giant teak coffee table from Denmark, the largest we have ever seen. If you would like to post it on Instagram, you will need to take a panoramic picture, we aren’t kidding. Its special size and slightly hexagonal shape of the top were emphasised with golden frame on the edge.

We are obsessed with strange-cut veneers like on this coffee table: the layer of walnut was originally cut in three pieces and rotated, this way we got an interesting piece. We emphasized the drawing with burnt lines - this pirographical method is like the tattoo of the wood. The edge was injured, so we decided after restoration to paint it black.
Dimensions: 60 x 59 x 59 cm
This elegant little lamp is basically a table light, but it can be easily turn to a wall lamp. We restored it perfectly, there is just one mark on the shade inside we couldn't remove.
Dimensions: height: 30 cm, shade: 15.5 x 10.5 cm
A high quality piece from the 50s Germany, the teak wood parts needed just a little touch to look like new. We emphasised the lovely curves of the edge with a matching green line. The drawer has got lovely copper parts and a safety knob inside, which is saving it from falling out (imagine that mass, if all the balls and needles ran away!).
The original pattern of the soft drawer was love at first sight. The umbrellas, shoes, gloves, flowers and a little bird in an old-fashioned cage became highlights in our studio. We have chosen our favourite character, the birdie, we have blown it up and printed to old gold fabrics, which we used as a pillow cover. The pillow is our gift to the future owner of the cabinet.
Dimensions: 69.5 x 55 x 44 cm

First of all, we fully refurbished this Danish teak kidney table. The drawing of the wood reminded us to the layers of the rings around the Saturn, so we decided to replace its missing shelf with a hard wood ring following the shape of the top. We covered it with a little touch of metal - the method was the same as at the restoration of antique frames.
