We worked a lot to save this pair of Beech armchairs from the layers of yellow lacquer, which used to cover it everywhere. We got a silky surface of Beech wood, and we added a secret ingredient to the wax to keep the original colour of the wood. Our favourite details were the sticked backrest, which we emphasised with middle grey paint and we used the same colour at the edge of the upholstery. The pillows got nice, cleanable fabrics in blue colour. They are a pair, so we don't want to separate them.
We show these beauties before we order new pillows for them, because we really want to find the perfect colour for their new owner. Prices are per pieces, and include new upholstery.
Dimensions: 68 x 72 x 66 cm (smaller), 68 x 105 x 77 cm (taller) - height of the seat is the same: 38-40 cm (depends on the height of the new pillow)
We found these Jugendstil walnut armchairs in very bad shape. We suppose they were designed in the circle of Ernst Lichtblau in the '10s Austria. We did a complete restoration process, and we decided not hiding the new parts, but emphasize these replacements with a soft green colour. The new fabric on the seats is very soft and completely cleanable. They are ready to the next 100 years, and we sell them also separetly - the price also refers to one piece.
Dimensions: 80.5 x 61.5 x 60 cm, sh: 41 cm
The father of the former owner of this Safari Chair worked at the Carl Hansen factory, and the he got the parts of his chairs as a gift from the workshop. He assembled his chairs at home, and his wife made a not authentic artificial fur upholstery for them. We rescued them from the fur coats, and after a full refurbishment they got lovely sun yellow linen upholstery. The armrests are the original leather pieces.
Dimensions: 58 x 76 x 63 cm, sh: 39.5 cm

This pair of Thonet style armchairs is one of the most mysterious pieces our workshop has ever seen. Obviously they were not made in the factory of Thonet, they seem to be very old, and they used to show an interesting mixture of advanced and D.I.Y. technologies when we found them.

We intended to give them a gentle cover of white paint and we changed the broken woven seat to a grey upholstery to make it more comfortable. We have got two pieces, shorter one is intended to be for ladies, the higher one for gentlemen, but we don’t want to push the stereotypes.

We found this armchair alone, without its pair. We hope, you like it, and accept it as a single piece as a reading armchair. After a basic restoration process this simple modernist walnut armchair got a unique upholstery. We painted playfully geometrical motives on linen, and after digitalisation we printed it on to the fabrics, so the textile is cleanable.

We found this lovely armchair covered with artificial leather upholstery. There used to be a lot of scratches and holes on it, but every injuries were needled carefully. We were impressed by this lovely DIY story, so we decided to use two pieces of fabrics to cover this armchair reminding to the original version. The legs are fully polished and instead of poisoning lacquer we used natural products to protect wooden parts.
