First of all, we fully refurbished this Danish teak kidney table. The drawing of the wood reminded us to the layers of the rings around the Saturn, so we decided to replace its missing shelf with a hard wood ring following the shape of the top. We covered it with a little touch of metal - the method was the same as at the restoration of antique frames.

We found this lovely walnut coffee table with a missing marble top, so we decided it to find out an unconventional way to replace it. Hungarian designers Szövetség39 often make experiments with special concrete surfaces, and we involved them to create a slim, but very hard concrete top for the table with a special rust pattern. The simple rust pattern is an echo to the shape of the bottom shelf.

This little oak table has got a special top: we found a hidden pattern behind an old piece of furniture, when one of our friends refurbished his apartment. They are truly magical characters, so we decided to save them, so we burnt them into this table.
Dimensions: 49 x 49 x 39.5 cm
The beauty of simplicity! We like the devotion to rocket shape of the mid-century era, so we couldn't resist to this little table with teak veneer. The wooden top is amazing, it is like a painting, so we made a green frame to emphasise it. The gale green is one of our favourite colours, because this is exactly the shade of the Hungarian lake Balaton, when a storm is brewing.
We are obsessed with strange-cut veneers like on this coffee table: the layer of walnut was originally cut in three pieces and rotated, this way we got an interesting piece. We emphasized the drawing with burnt lines - this pirographical method is like the tattoo of the wood. The edge was injured, so we decided after restoration to paint it black.

Giant teak coffee table from Denmark, the largest we have ever seen. If you would like to post it on Instagram, you will need to take a panoramic picture, we aren’t kidding. Its special size and slightly hexagonal shape of the top were emphasised with golden frame on the edge.

We did a complete restoration for this teak trolley, made by Ilsemöbel, Germany. We used a lovely shade of blue to emphasise the beauty of the shape. It is perfect as a side table as well. The original copper wheels are working perfectly.
